has anyone had any experience with the monroe economy strut assy. for 2002 tb. the regular ones ore around 200$ and economy 90$. the description on rock auto says the same for both. im not towing or off roading just everyday driving.

ok so my ac would not work when outside temp was above about 85. I did the shim fix with the compressor clutch. IT HAD ONLY 1 SHIM , TOOK IT OUT AND SANDED THE CLUTCH FACE. Temp has been close to 100 the past 2 days and ac works great. I love this site

ok so my ac runs really cold sometimes. when out side temp is over 85 it comes and goes. seems to be ok if at highway speeds untill come to a stop. then the fan clutch doesnt seem to kick in to cool things down . then the compressor kicks off and wont restart. i can stop the fan clutch with my...

my fan clutch doesnt seem to engage at all. When in traffic or at stop ac kicks off. i never hear the jet sound of the fan. do i need to replace fan clutch. ac blows very cold when cruising down the road. is there some way to check for power going to activate fan or can i check fan itself?

my ac runs very cold until everything heats up. fan doesnt seem to be going fast enough. ive read several posts about the 2002 fan clutch being bad design. it seems to not engage when in traffic or idling especialy on real hot days. should i replace fan clutch.

got the 4x4 working today. installed 2004 tccm, everything works great. love this site thanks for all the info.

Picked up a tccm from salvage yard yesterday from 2004 tb. do i need to disconect battery before changing tccm?

i didnt have time today to check wiring. looking at the schematic it looks like the brown wire comes from rear fuse panel, should that still be ground. or am i looking at something wrong

will try to check tomorrow. am i checking the brown wire at the tccm with it plugged in to tccm?

so the brown wire should go to ground. if i have continuity from ground to brown wire?

Ok checked #8 fuse and put in new one just to make sure. Have power to orange wire at tccm. if i have power there does that mean tccm bad. also like i said no lights ever on switch and no 4x4 service light. what to check next, thanks foe your help

just checked fuzes visualy, will check with meter in morning. no where do i start checking with meterone to swap tccm with . found 2 salvage yards to get one if i have to. they want number from my unit to cross check.

OK i am no engineer. So what am i checking and in what order. I have checked fuzes. I have no lights on switch at all. No service 4x4 light. No noises of any kind when moving switch. Any help would be appreciated.
