So I discovered that the Endgate Window Regulator plug was not getting power to Pin #7 (Battery Positive Voltage). Somewhere between the right rear fender and the endgate/liftgate the orange power wire loses power. There is a plug inside the right, very rear pillar that I haven't messed with yet...

I am trying this through the overhead console and the key at the endgate. Neither does anything. I've also tried the yellow 'let me out!' button and nothing still. To my understanding that yellow button is supposed to overide the sensors and switches and roll down the window...
Its a miracle! I think GMC only made ~24,000 of these and only produced them for a year and a half. Not a great thing when looking for replacement parts lol
