So no this is not an led mod to a gmt but I thought I'd share anyways. It's a prototype boat I'm working on where I work and these are the docking lights for it. The "eyebrow" lights work independently from the docking lights.

The rear doors on mine were smd's but everything else was a bulb.

Haven't been on in a while but just got my new back up lights today and am very happy to be seeing the driveway in my rear view mirror again!

That's is going to make for one bright visor light!

All i used for my sliders was a fork. Slide it in and a little wiggle and they popped right off

It is very addicting! The best way to start is just to dive in. The best part I like is nothing is permanent, you could open something up solder everything in and then months later a better idea hits you and you go in and change it.
