The rear view mirror on my 04 trailblazer (with compass, temp.) is floppy. It seems that these little tabs that a ring fit over to provide tension for holding the mirror in adjustment became brittle and broke. Do I need to replace the whole mirror or is there another way to fix this? Thanks.
