I live in PA and have to have my vehickles inspected once a year. I think that is a good thing. Helps keep some of the vehicles off the roar d that are not safe to drive. Still see some questional ones but I am sure it helps. As far as the polution test all that is is a farce. Ken

Get the Vin # (By looking through windshield or off owners card) and go to a GM Dealer and have them make you a key. You will need proof of ownership and possibly your drivers license. Might be a small fee. Been there done that. Ken
