Just did mine also this past Saturday in the NAPA parking lot, had to reset cause it was reading 19 deg F. Now it works perfectly. Changed mine cause 2x last week it read 19 deg and the A/C wouldnt cool.

Replaced front side marker bulbs cause 1 was out and replaced Outside air temp sensor, it was reading 19 deg a couple of days ago and the AC would not run with it being 95 deg outside.

Arent all Fords Broken down?
