Absolutely. The head unit would only be pushing out about 27 watts per speaker RMS, 50 watts peak and the factory wires can easily handle those loads.

It doesn't matter what ohms the speakers are. You will not need to replace the wires due to impedance of the speakers. The only time you would need to change the wires would be if you are running a substantial amount of power through them and need thicker wires or if the current wires are...
