did you check the crank fuse in the fuse block (number 17?)?
IGN1 goes appears to hit fuse 16 (TBC IGN1...on my GM sI)... check that fuse. Also, it goes thru the rear fuse block with a direct connection (no fuse) to the BCM... that connection might be bad. IF you repaired some harness, then you might want to check the voltages at the ignition switch to see if they make it there.

What do you mean by this? Did you check voltages at the ignition switch? The red wire at the ignition switch should have 12+ constant. The ignition switch would be the first place to check it's working.

Why was all this work done? Is this a "new to you" truck that you're trying to fix?

And looking at the picture of the scanner, I see "PCM/VCM in VTD enable fail: YES". Did you also replace the PCM? If so, you need a security relearn. Is the security light on in the dash?

OK there. No need for all the "Need Help!" and the "!!!".

Follow the link in my signature to the manuals so you can look at the wiring schematics to see which circuits are supposed to work when turning the ignition key and which fuses control them.

Haven't replaced the pcm! No security light! And no fuses blown and new ignition switch

Have all power go to crank and dash turns black

No power to the ignition switch

No voltage to switch

No voltage on red wire going to ignition switch

No power to the ignition switch
what fuse number did you check (34?). Did you check at the fuse block for power going into the fuse? From the diagram, there is a connector at the fuse block....c2 f11 is the outgoing feed to the switch... is there power there?

Sounds like an ignition switch problem. This video has the same problem as yours where the dash goes black when you try to start (except for the judo chop). If you had no power at the switch, nothing would turn on at all.

This one shows how to diagnose it using a test light with slightly different symptoms:

If you have no power at the red wire, check your fuses and if power is at the one legs of them. There is a possibility that the fuses are good but there is a broken trace in the fuse box.
