Yay I get my motor tomorrow >
Gonna get the new motor, and starter tomorrow and start reassembling my trailblazer! Anyone got a recommendation for some good all terrain tires? Im Looking at the Michelin A/T 2's Gotta get my tb set up so I can get back to driving. Been coming slow due to the fact that I only get paid every 2 weeks. But my local scrapyard treats me pretty good. Gotta travel 100 miles to take a special course so they will let me back on the road -_-.
Should be all set for Carlisle this august

I've been very happy with my Firestone Destination AT but one caveat is they haven't seen much offroad action, so if that's your thing I'm not sure how they'd handle it. So....I have had a few job offers extended my way via the course of delivering pizza for papa johns....Two are in the security field and one is going back into automotive...
Offers:
#1: Security at local upgrader
#2: Security at a local motel
#3: Technician at local oil change place
Offer #3 is currently in the lead now that i have learned more about it such as the following:
4 days on 3 off
12 hr shifts
Starting wage of $16
Choice of which position i wish to take (Upper Tech or Pit)
The one who made the offer to me is someone i have worked with in the past at Canadian tire and got to be pretty good friends with over the years. He knows i have the experience and that is why he is trying so hard to recruit me.
Offers:

From experience I can tell you 12 hour shifts and that schedule get old after awhile. That's 48hrs in 4 days you're working. Maybe if you really like the job it'd be better.Darkrider_LS said:

Biggest reason being is that even though they are trying hard to recruit me, they still want me to wait till mid Aug to actually apply. They are looking for staff for the new shop they are currently in the process of building.djthumper said:
