FEEDBACK questions about messages

I haven't been here for awhile maybe few months, it says I have 16 messages in the inbox, I push on it nothing there, also if u look on the side it says razorback and it also says 94 messages, am I doing something wrong to look up messages.

On the new software messages = posts, the other should just be alerts to let you know about something you are following.
