What the heck is this stuff?

A Hertz rental had the following installed. I suspect its part of a cell phone system but is definitely after market. It was not live and I didn't bother digger through to the power connections.

I guess it could be, but that would seem strange.

I would think some sort of GPS for the vehicle maybe? and some sort of internal device for company use?

The bottom one is a parrot Bluetooth device ck3100.

Other 2, my guess would be GPS tracking and vehicle data recording?

GPS equipment. I've never rented a car, but read the fine print in the contract and I'm willing to bet they reserve the right to track the vehicle and make sure you didn't take it somewhere you weren't, not to mention that they could potentially monitor things like speed in the event an accident occurs. They want to make sure they cover their ass so you're on the hook for anything, if possible.

Its not even fine print, its right in the contract. There is one small item by the base of the window that looks like a microphone. No marks on the window items.
